Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Plant Controller, you will oversee all financial aspects of the manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the plant operates efficiently and meets its financial goals.
- Financial Reporting:prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Budgeting and Forecasting:monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis
- Cost Control and Analysis: analyze manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency
- Financial Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with plant managers to develop strategic financial plans aligned with business objectives
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards

- University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Min. 3 years experience as a Plant Controller within a manufacturing environment
- Advanced English is a must
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
